Factory
We utilize multicomponent injection machines with handlingsystems in our company in Waltershausen / Thuringia. The injection weight can be from 0,1 g till 1.200 g by a closing force till to 5.000 kN. If needed, we can offer a cleaning room production.
Quality
Our Quality Assurance system starts in the Research and Design phase of a new product in close cooperation with our customers to guarantee our standards and optimal producibility.
Continual development of the Quality Assurance procedures is carried out during the design of the production process, ensuring every aspect of the process has the relevant quality issues covered.
